OK, it’s time I admit it… I’ve been a bit “stuck” for the last couple of weeks but all that has changed.
A number of things have happened to help me stop being stuck and to get my rear in gear and I probably owe you a big thanks because of it. Let me explain…
It all started a couple of weeks ago when Ricardo Bueno (Ribeezie) and I hosted a couple of teleclinics we called Social Media Stomper. On those calls we both delivered the goods on guerrilla social media and revealed a number of tactics that, frankly, nobody is talking about.
Some folks went so far as to say that it completely changed their approach when it came to implementing social media into their marketing strategy.
What’s next?
From that point on we both got slammed with requests for additional no-holds barred training. At RE BarCamp Los Angeles and Phoenix folks were asking “what’s next?”
Now, I’m normally pretty guarded with my time so I was hesitant to commit to creating an in-depth training program but…
Last week I sent out an email to see just how many StomperAgents would be interested in an in-depth training program that teaches you exactly how to apply guerrilla marketing and social media to your real estate marketing.
It blew me away, but folks replied like mad to that email and response was an overwhelming “yes!”
Now, before I go on, I have to say “thanks”. It was really awesome to see your emails filling up my inbox. You helped me to get “unstuck”.
How to be unconventional
So, here’s where we’re at: thanks to the demand, Ribeezie and I are creating an in-depth program on how to improve your real estate marketing with social media using unconventional guerrilla marketing methods. We’re still calling it SocialMediaStomper.
We’ve already begun drafting the content and it looks like there’s going to be at least 4 modules… probably more.
In effect, this will be a coaching program, and one that’s small enough so that we get to know each other. I have some very cool ideas along this line that will dramatically impact how you implement and benefit from what you learn.
Do you have a Conversion Engine?
And you’re going to get far more than just guerrilla social media. I want to show how to get conversions on all that traffic and how to apply “the conversion engine” to every aspect of your business cycle.
Of course, this is not going to be for everyone – I’m going to warn you right now that if you’re expecting all of this to be free then this course isn’t for you. There’s going to be a hefty price tag (I thought about saying “insanely hefty” but it won’t be that bad).
Now, there’s still a lot of work to do on our parts (modules, workbooks, guides, etc) but I promised I’d let you know if we moved forward on this.
Not for slow responders
However, once it’s ready we’ll launch this fast. Very fast. No point beating around the bush you’re already waiting on.

There’s a fine line between work and play within the social media landscape and I think most everyone is interested on how to make best use of their time and involvement on the side of profitability.
How do I manage my time? Where should I invest my efforts? We talked about some of that stuff on the call…and I’m definitely looking forward to hearing more feedback as we put the rest of the course together.
