Say what you will about Twitter. For so many Realtors it’s a love/hate relationship but it is a viable tool for generating business… and I have the feedback to prove it.
Over the past couple of days I’ve been polling the Twitterverse, asking agents to let me know if they’ve received business from Twitter.

The responses have been rolling in and I’ll be running the open survey for a few days more but I need your help because…
I’m putting together a video for Real Estate BarCamp Phoenix to show that Twitter is a viable tool for generating real estate business. The video will be made available for everyone to download and use in their training, presentations, or whatever.

What happened?! I didn’t hear any golden trumpets!
Some people like it, other don’t. I belong to the first group. Your success rate ultimately depends on how you use it to engage with others and whether that engagement funnels them down that path to a sale.
@Ricardo Bueno – good point, how you use social media has everything to do with the results you’ll gain. i’ve dropped a few posts both here and on AgentGenius lately about the lack of folks adopting strategy in their social media activities… it ain’t rocket science but you gotta have some sort of design to follow when you’re building it.
