The best angry email I’ve ever received

I got the idea for this post while responding to the best angry email I’ve ever received. It was a response to my newsletter and the dude was pretty ticked off. I wasn’t sure how to take it all in but, he took the time to write me so I wrote him back…
After several email exchanges we uncovered a cause of his frustration and, frankly, I don’t think his frustrations are far off from a lot of Realtors out there. Maybe even you.
See, he was having a hard time getting started with a blog online. He was ready to leave ActiveRain but wasn’t sure where to start or what to do with Wordpress.
After some pounding on Google I came up with a site that had a pretty comprehensive collection of “how-to” Wordpress videos for him. Even better, the site was free.
In case you’re in the same boat as he was – frustrated and confused with setting up your own blog – here’s the Wordpress “how-to” videos you might want to bookmark.

After so many years in marketing and geek-stuff, I try to remember what Step 1 looked like. But, what would really be awesome is if you could help me and everyone else…

Thanks, that’s why I read your stuff. I always get something out of it. Tell the angry guys thanks for getting fired up to do something about it, that is how stuff gets done.
@Jim – thanks, jim. and yeah, getting fired up is how things get done. now, you and i have talked quite a bit as you’ve tackled the learning curve on some things… any other tips for folks?
