The listing agent definitely should have free range given the commish being paid out. I'm sure they could hit up lux business travelers and hedge fund suits to pull this one out. The Zillow listing certainly doesn't give it any justice. I'm with Jim and Loren, fire up some custom property sites and get a live video feed in there. Some major network is sure to pick up on it. definitely not my price point, actually about $27.5 million less is the area I tend to hang out. The movie stars, sports and music stars, owners of big businesses, high end investors and all the reps for these people out there. Also I would be selling Hugh Hefner not the house. People are attracted to what they are buying and the "Home of Hugh Hefner" would be the biggest selling point to the home. Advertise that all parties involved in buying the home will recieve an autographed photo with Hefner AND the cute bunnies --- IF they wanted the autographs.
