Hi Mark, it’s been good to me, it’s been tailing off as of late in terms of the number of leads I’ve been able to generate, mostly via pay-per-click. I think it’s a combination of less interest in the market here in Dubuque, IA in general and folks ever-increasing hesitation to having to sign in/register for access to MLS listings.

@Steve Belt - the thing about keywords is that they don't all convert at the same rate. that could be one reason the prices you saw were high, despite the low search levels. that keyword may drive some high-converting traffic. testing and tracking is the way to go. the new tool features will most definitely help in establishing a good selection of keywords to start with. any insight into search patterns is insight into the market.
