Guerrilla Real Estate Marketing

OK, let’s clear the air on a few things.

Yesterday I told you that I was going to stop accepting new members to HomeStomper PRO. Yup, the gates get locked Saturday, March 1.

This is pretty much due to the sheer number of requests coming in from clients plus all the PRO members who send me their marketing for review. Many PRO members end up becoming clients so I guess I’m doing something right :)

Clearly, I want to keep providing the full-tilt service they deserve and that’s why I’ve come to this decision.

In fact, some of the projects I’m involved in are actual LIVE online events that PRO members will get to attend for free (I like to take care of them). I don’t want to say too much more about those until I talk with my partners and see if it’s cool to reveal what’s in the bag but you’ll dig ‘em.

So, let me address a few questions…

“What will I get inside PRO?”

Success comes from asking the right questions and as a Realtor you’re used to dealing with one of the most crucial questions… “what’s the price?”

In this case, the price for becoming a HomeStomper PRO is zip, zero, zilch, nada.

Not bad considering you get access to a grabbag of marketing templates and checklists along with the monthly newsletter and video tutorials.

Heck, you might want to join and check these out before the doors slam shut on Saturday. It’s not like it’ll cost you anything to join and you can cancel at any time.

“Will I be able to keep up?”

A number of PRO agents started out as marketing newbies. BUT, I will say this: you need to be willing to act on what you learn. Your success isn’t a hobby and neither is HomeStomper PRO.

I love me some marketing results and so do PRO members so if you have a can-do goal-oriented attitude, you’ll do just fine.

If you ever have a question, as a PRO member you can submit your marketing to me and I might be able to help you out.

“OK, so what’s the catch?”

It’s totally understandable but really, there isn’t a catch. It’s not like I’m gonna steal your puppy and hold him hostage or even put a high-pressure up-sell on you.

Now more than ever do you need marketing that performs and I want to make sure you have every opportunity to make that happen before I lock the gates.

It’s this simple: check this stuff out. Use it, because I know your success is important. It works. If you want to continue to receive future PRO training then stay a member after 10 days. Otherwise, cancel before then and that’s it.

“Mark, what’s next?”

Well, let me tell you… right now I’m getting phone calls every few days from agents, brokers, or trainers for consulting or project collaboration and it’s awesome to be a part of the momentum that’s revolutionizing our industry. So, there’s a lot in store for you when you jump on board HomeStomper PRO.

Sure, at some point I’ll start accepting new members but I don’t know when that will be or even at what price point. But, at some point sure… it’ll happen. I think ;)

In any case, you’ll join now and be stomping in no time.

That’s it for now… gotta finish up a video on Legend Platforms for next month’s package.

Not Bad News (really!)

I’ve posted a video that reveals why what might normally be considered bad news… isn’t. And why you actually come out ahead.

Is This The Inman Connect Killer?

Despite the rise of barcamp un-conferences, big time real estate conferences are still packing the house and rocking it with quality content. Inman Connect is probably the most famous but brewing in the South is an Inman Connect killer.

A Different Kind of Real Estate Bailout

With so much bailout talk floating around one can lose track of what industries are being affected. Who’s going to survive and thrive and who’s going to whither away. Recently, though, I was alerted to a different kind of bailout for the real estate industry.

Of all places, I learned of this through Plaxo.

How Great Emails Score Clients

It was a Tuesday evening and I had 57 other things I needed to be doing but for some fateful reason I was compelled to attend a radio show. Yeah, actually go and sit and watch someone – one of Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Advisors – conduct a radio show. Weird, I know, but it turned out to be an opportunity for some killer email marketing.
